Penile enlargement has become more popular than ever.

Penile exercises, also called penile stretches, have several advantages: they are safe, inexpensive and effective. It basically involves a set of massages and exercises applied to the penis.

Although penile stretches is no ‘magic pill’ with instant overnight results, patience and diligence in practicing it will yield desired results over a period of time. This can also be done within the comforts of the home.

Penis stretching is the easiest and one of the most effective penile exercises. All you need is some time alone with just you and your penis. To do penile stretches, simply grab the penis head with the hand shaped to form an ‘okay’ symbol (form the letter ‘o’ with thumb and index finger).

Then slowly stretch the penis in front and hold in position for 10-15 seconds. Gently release and massage penis after stretching. Repeat stretching but this time hold penis for 10-15 seconds in different directions: down, left, right, and straight. Don’t forget to massage the penis in between each repetition.

Also, make sure that the penis is not stretched too far because it can be painful. Jelqing is another penis exercise similar to penile stretches. In Jelqing, the penis should be semi-erect and lubricated. To do Jelqing, grab the base of the penis with the left hand.

With the right thumb and index finger forming a ring around the shaft, lightly squeeze the penis and push the blood up towards the head. When you reach the head, swap hands and repeat for 25 times.

Another effective penile exercise is called the PC flex, also known as Kegel exercises. It involves squeezing or contracting the pubococcygeus or PC muscle located near the male reproductive system. The PC muscle is responsible for controlling the flow of urine as well as several other functions.

To determine the location of the PC muscle, try to stop the flow of urine when peeing; the muscle that contracts during the process is the PC muscle. Exercise this muscle by repeatedly contracting and relaxing.

Through repetition, the PC muscle will grow stronger. This results to more powerful orgasms and better sexual stamina. The PC flex can also aid in penile enlargement by increasing the flow of blood into the erectile tissue of the penis.
