Kegel:

Kegel is an exercise which helps you to strengthen your pubococcygeus (PC) muscles, which are located under the scrotum. You can easily strengthen these muscles by just contracting them. People generally do not know what pubococcygeus muscles are, so they are not able to contract them.

An easy way to help you find these muscles is trying to stop when you are urinating. The muscles that stop your urination are pubococcygeus muscles. 

Now that you know what PC muscles are, try to contract them for about 10 minutes daily. This is a simple exercise and nobody will even know that you are exercising.
